ULTRASONIC ROCK ORCHESTRA

performing

JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR

10 years ago the URO recorded a double album of Jesus Christ Superstar - now see them perform those songs live on stage

As the Ultrasonic Rock Orchestra's first studio recording, 'Jesus Christ Superstar - A 21st Century Tribute to the Brown Album' was the project that put so many musicians and singers together prompting Sal and Alan to realize they had an opportunity to make some crazy, new, giant, rock band. Prior to this recording, the URO didn't exist.

The album itself was born out of the URO co-founder's mutual admiration of this classic, definitive rock opera by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice - first recorded in 1970 with Ian Gillan of Deep Purple singing 'Jesus' (the fabled 'Brown Album.')

The URO has now undertaken the mammoth task of producing a live performance of the 26 song epic - one sure to elecit electrifying moments.
